Singer Laren will present a private collection from 16 January to 6 May 2018 with works by major artists such as Monet, Manet, Renoir, Degas, Pissarro, Van Gogh, Bernard, Gauguin, Sisley, Signac, Van Dongen, Matisse, Marquet, Dufy , Nolde and Picasso. The paintings and works on paper of the famous, mainly French impressionists, post-impressionists and expressionists come from the art collection of the Van Vlissingen Art Foundation. The exhibition is the report of a ‘Wonderful Journey’ by a collector couple that, in a passionate manner and over the course of 45 years, brought together an extensive and very beautiful collection.
Each year, the Van Vlissingen Art Foundation selects a talented contemporary artist to promote interest in his / her work in a broader circle. In Singer Laren you will see a selection of works by prize winners among Tomas Hillebrand.
